Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing and overseeing various HR functions that support the employee lifecycle and overall business operations. This includes managing

Roles & Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding

+ Manage end-to-end processes for employee joining and exit.
+ Ensure compliance, documentation, and smooth transition.

Time and Attendance

+ Monitor and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
+ Generate reports and address related employee queries.

Payroll Management

+ Coordinate payroll processing with accurate input data.
+ Ensure statutory compliance and resolve payroll issues.

HR Budgeting and Analysis

+ Assist in planning and tracking the HR budget.
+ Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Work experience requirement
3-5 Years of experience working as HR Generalist Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS or payroll software systems. Analytical skills with the ability to handle data and generate meaningful reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Qualification
Bachelor's or Masters in Business Management
