Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide feedback to the HR team
Ensure accuracy and quality of HR work and documentation
HR Operations (Generalist)
Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Review HR letters (offers, confirmations, warnings, terminations, etc.)
Manage attendance, leave, and HR systems
Recruitment & Onboarding
Supervise recruitment activities and hiring coordination
Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new employees
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Support management on employee relations and HR issues
Payroll & Compliance
Review payroll inputs before submission
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Coordinate benefits, insurance, and employee entitlements
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR reports for management
Coordinate with finance, PRO, and department heads as required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5-7 years of HR Generalist experience
Previous experience supervising HR staff is required
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
