To manage and execute all Human Resources functions in compliance with UAE Labor Law, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee relations, visa processing, and contract management while supporting a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring).
Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts in line with UAE Labor Law.
Handle visa, work permit, labor card, Emirates ID, medical, renewal, and cancellation procedures.
Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, and other relevant government entities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical files).
Administer attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE labor regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with visa processing, employment contracts, and government portals.
Familiarity with MOHRE, ICP, and immigration systems.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
