Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management and employees
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Facilitate employee performance reviews and development programs
• Promote employee engagement and implement well-being initiatives
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices
• Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Passion for employee development and engagement initiatives
