. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience in the real estate industry and a strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Assist in performance reviews and staff development plans
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll Calculation
Draft HR letters, memos, and manage internal communication
Support management in disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
Coordinate with PRO and other departments for visa and legal processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 year of HR experience, preferably in the
real estate sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus)
Ability to multitask and handle a high-pressure environment
