Job Description
We are a growing real estate company in Dubai seeking HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and help us build a strong and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
? Full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening & onboarding
? Maintain employee records, contracts & HR documentation
? Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities
? Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws
Requirements:
? Experience in Recruitment/HR (UAE real estate experience is a plus)
? Strong communication and sourcing skills
? Knowledge of UAE labour laws & HR processes
? Proactive, organized, and people-oriented mindset
