Job Description

The Role

Our client is a rapidly growing real estate and property development company based in Dubai, UAE. They specialize in premium property solutions and pride ourselves on building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. As they expand their operations, they are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources -- from recruitment and onboarding to culture development and employee engagement. Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding o Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees across all departments. o Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation and integration of new hires. o Manage and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to support the company's growth. 2. HR Administration and Payroll o Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws. o Control and optimize the compensation and benefits budget. o Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. o Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. 3. Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement o Foster and promote a positive corporate culture aligned with DIA Properties' values and mission. o Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs. o Develop and implement initiatives aimed at employee motivation, retention, and professional growth. 4. HR Strategy and Development o Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and organizational structure. o Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems. o Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector. o Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices. o Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English proficiency required. o Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. o Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
