Hr Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies, and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle -- from Onboarding to offboarding. The role involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting management and employees with HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities. Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote a positive, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Payroll & Attendance



Verify attendance and leave records for monthly payroll processing. Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement. Maintain accurate HR and payroll documentation.

4. Performance Management



Assist in performance appraisal processes. Track employee performance data and support managers in reviews. Identify training and development needs.

5. HR Administration & Compliance



Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Handle visa processing, renewals, and other PRO-related documentation (if applicable). Support in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.

6. Offboarding & Exit Management



Manage resignation, clearance, and final settlement processes.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE). Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
