with experience in the construction industry to manage day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, and site HR support, ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with both corporate and project site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for site-based and office roles (engineers, supervisors, labor, etc.)
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation at project sites
Maintain and update HR records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files
Support workforce planning and mobilization based on project needs
Administer employee relations, address grievances, and ensure conflict resolution
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed at the site
Monitor statutory compliance (e.g., labor laws, gratuity, etc.)
Liaise with contractors/vendors for manpower supply and verify compliance documents
Track and process payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll department
Handle training coordination for workers and staff (safety, skill, and compliance training)
Ensure a safe and respectful workplace culture at the project level
Assist in audits and prepare HR reports and dashboards as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
[3-6+] years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in the construction industry
Experience managing HR processes at project sites
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools
Ability to manage field staff and adapt to dynamic project environments
Problem-solving mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
Preferred:
MBA/PGD in HR or related field
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with multi-site construction operations or large-scale infrastructure projects
Fluency in local language(s) for labor management

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
