Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join a reputable healthcare organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations in compliance with UAE labour laws and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up to date
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management
• Coordinate with medical licensing bodies for staff credentialing and compliance
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Provide administrative support to senior HR leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Solid understanding of UAE labor law and healthcare HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
