Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals. Manage full life cycle recruitment including workforce planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration and documentation. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, final settlements, and recovery of company assets. Assist with payroll management to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws and statutory deductions. Handle leave management and maintain accurate records according to company policy and labor regulations. Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness. Lead performance management cycles including appraisals, feedback, and development planning. Maintain confidential and accurate employee records. Issue official HR documents such as salary certificates, employment verification letters, experience letters, warning letters, and promotion letters. Demonstrate solid documentation skills by drafting, reviewing, and managing legal employment contracts and various agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Manage company assets issued to employees, ensuring proper tracking and recovery. Act as the company's PRO for work permits, employment visas, and cancellations, coordinating with government authorities and maintaining records. Manage insurance and employee health benefits, coordinating with providers, handling enrollments, claims, renewals, and employee support. Serve as a strong talent coordinator for external agency hiring related to production projects: Liaise with external recruitment agencies to source, vet, and onboard talent as per project requirements Coordinate recruitment timelines, budgets, and compliance with company policies Maintain effective communication between agencies, project managers, and HR to ensure seamless hiring processes Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies, labor laws, immigration, benefits, and legal employment documentation. Stay updated on labor, immigration, benefits laws, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management with strong expertise in recruitment, payroll assistance, leave, compliance, and benefits. Proven hands-on experience with full life cycle recruitment and external agency coordination. Experience managing work permits, employment visas, and cancellations as a PRO or similar role. Knowledge and experience in insurance management and employee health benefits. Demonstrated solid documentation skills in preparing and managing legal employment contracts and agreements. Familiarity with labor, immigration, and benefits laws. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally. Proficiency in HRMS and related systems.
