The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing core HR functions with a
strong focus on end-to-end recruitment
. He/She will support the organization by sourcing top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and managing key HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed and evaluate their effectiveness.
Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with company policies and UAE labor laws.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Facilitate pre-joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
Organize orientation programs and ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
Monitor probation periods and gather feedback for confirmation.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy.
Assist with visa processing and coordinate with PRO or Government Relations teams as needed.
Support payroll input by ensuring accurate employee records and leave data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
4. Employee Relations & Support
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Promote a positive working environment and assist in resolving minor employee grievances.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
5. Performance & Development Support
Assist with performance review cycles and probation evaluations.
Maintain performance documentation and support employee development plans.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain records of training participation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR generalist duties.
Proven track record in successfully sourcing and
hiring top talent.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor law
and best
HR practices
.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-industry or consulting environment is a plus.
Experience from the
Real Estate
Industry is preferred.
