Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and experienced

HR Generalist

to manage key HR functions across our group of restaurants in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, oversee visa and onboarding processes, support performance management, manage contract renewals, process end-of-service benefits, assist with payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:



Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and job offers. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

Visa Processing & Employee Documentation:



Liaise with PRO for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure timely processing of labor cards, Emirates ID, medicals, and other legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and visa status.

Performance Management:



Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Assist managers in addressing performance issues.

Contract Management & End of Service:



Monitor contract expiry dates and handle renewals or terminations. Process final settlements and calculate end-of-service benefits in line with UAE labor law. Conduct exit interviews and maintain offboarding documentation.

Payroll & Compensation Support:



Collate and verify monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing. Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

General HR Administration:



Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE labor law and visa processing procedures. Experience with payroll and performance management systems. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:



Office-based role with regular coordination across multiple restaurant branches. May require occasional travel within Dubai and flexible hours during peak periods.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
