Manage and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with UAE regulations.
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support in recruitment and onboarding processes including offer letters, contracts, and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records on HRMS in compliance with legal and audit requirements.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate monthly payroll and benefits administration.
Assist in performance appraisal process and employee development initiatives.
Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, training programs, and organizational changes.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and management review.
Guide and educate employees and managers on HR policies, labour law, and best practices
