Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with specific expertise in visa application processing and supporting employees during the visa application process. This role involves working closely with Public Relations Officers (PROs) to ensure compliance and effective communication regarding immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the full cycle of visa application processes for employees, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups to ensure timely approvals. Act as the primary HR contact for employees seeking assistance with visa-related inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the application process. Collaborate closely with PROs to ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications and renewals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Emiratizations, immigration laws, regulations, and company policies to provide accurate information to employees. Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed, including work permits and residency visas. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to immigration and employee support services. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in visa processing and employee support. Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa application processes, and relationship management with PROs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:



HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience working in real estate is preferred. Multilingual skills are an advantage and Arabic is preferred.
