DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for staff and workforce positions.
Review manpower requisitions and job descriptions with departments.
Source candidates, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and issue job offers.
Facilitate onboarding formalities, joining documentation, and induction programs.
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain and update employee records in physical and ERP systems.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewal notices, NOC, warning letters, and HR correspondence.
Ensure ID, QID, passport, visa, and medical renewals are tracked and processed in time.
Performance Management
Coordinate annual and probationary performance appraisal cycles.
Support implementation of KPIs and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Compile and analyze performance data and generate reports.
Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and preparing the annual training calendar.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records, feedback, and effectiveness evaluations.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Facilitate disciplinary actions in coordination with line managers and HR Manager.
Promote a healthy work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR practices are in line with Qatar Labour Law and company policies
Support ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 audits related to HR function.
Assist in policy updates, implementation, and employee communication.
Payroll & Leave Management
Collate attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
Manage employee leave applications, encashments, and exit formalities.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Handle resignations, terminations, and ensure completion of clearance procedures.
Conduct exit interviews and finalize end-of-service benefits documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration / Management
6-8 years of proven experience
as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of
Qatar Labour Law
(mandatory)
Experience in
visa processing & government liaison
Proficiency in
MS Office & HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
CIPD / SHRM certification will be an added advantage
