Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and timely payment.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle full recruitment cycle -- from job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and forecast manpower needs.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle employee queries professionally.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on
Payroll
and
Recruitment
(experience in Qatar preferred).
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or ERP is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
