Key Responsibilities
Execute core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, support job evaluations, and assist with organizational structure reviews.
Manage HR documentation, systems, and reporting to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Provide day-to-day operational HR support to employees and managers.
Payroll preparations, monitor employee attendance, leave management, coordination in liaison with the Timekeepers and Finance team.
Support employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and training & development activities.
Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution as per company policies.
Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain updated employee records.
Ensure HR activities comply with labour laws and internal standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of broad HR generalist experience, covering all key HR functions.
Strong understanding of HR principles, Qatar Labour Law, and performance management frameworks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP and report preparation.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity.
