Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
Process monthly payroll accurately through
WPS
, including salaries, deductions, and allowances.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and generate periodic HR reports.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and fully compliant with
MADLSA
requirements.
Handle visa applications, renewals, and
Residence Permit (RP)
processes for expatriate employees.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, queries, and grievance handling.
Prepare HR analytics and reports such as headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, and compliance updates.
Assist in internal audits, labor inspections, and HR documentation reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of HR experience
, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
Strong understanding of
Qatar Labor Law
,
MADLSA
processes, and
WPS payroll
systems.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and HR management software/tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in multi-cultural work environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Previous experience managing expatriate HR compliance, visa, and RP processes.
