to independently manage day-to-day HR operations at our factory. The role involves overseeing recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Maintain employee files and HR records
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll input
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Address employee concerns and manage disciplinary procedures
Support performance appraisals and training initiatives
Prepare HR reports and internal communications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or similar settings
Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
