Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, and managing onboarding processes.
Visa and Labor Contract Renewal:
Ensure timely renewal of employee visas and labor contracts, maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Resignation and Offboarding:
Manage employee resignation procedures, coordinate clearance processes, and conduct exit interviews to facilitate smooth offboarding.
Leave Management:
Administer and process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Attendance Monitoring:
Maintain precise attendance records and ensure timely submission of reports for payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
Document Requests:
Handle employee requests for HR-related documents, such as salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters, ensuring accurate and prompt delivery.
Performance Management Support:
Support the performance management process by scheduling evaluations and assisting in tracking employee development plans.
