Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
Foster a positive work environment and address any workplace conflicts or grievances.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Coordinate with the PRO for Visa Processing (New/Renewal)
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two - five years of experience in an HR role.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
