Job Description
Vortexen is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
HR Generalist
to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth recruitment, policy implementation, training, and team management in line with company standards and growth plans.Key Responsibilities
Lead
recruitment and staffing
as per company requirements, ensuring quick and effective hiring. Develop and implementHR policies, terms, and conditions
to meet business needs. Maintain and monitorattendance, training records, and employee performance
. Driveteam building, employee engagement, and talent retention
initiatives. Handle employeereplacements, onboarding, and career development
. Plan HR activities and resources effectively, including tasks outside office hours when required. Ensurecompliance, standardization, and best HR practices
across the company. Work closely with management to identify new scopes and workforce planning strategies.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience
(UAE market preferred). Proven track record inrecruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability towork under pressure
, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.Preferred
Experience in the
engineering / construction / fire & safety
industry. Familiarity with UAE labor law and compliance requirements.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
