to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance management and training & development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, track KPIs, and maintain HR databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Support HR projects and company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR Generalist or similar HR experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law (or relevant local labor law).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience in ERP
Multilingual communication skills.
