HR Generalist

to support our growing team in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Employee Relations & Grievances:

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns; manage conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture.

Payroll & Attendance:

Oversee attendance, leave records, and overtime; coordinate closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Performance Management:

Support appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance tracking processes.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external learning sessions.

HRIS & Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date records in the HRIS and generate regular HR reports.

Compliance & Legal:

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws; assist with visa processing and related documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and workforce planning.

Benefits Administration:

Coordinate employee benefits including health insurance and other perks.

Employee Exit Formalities:

Manage exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements.

HR Policy & Improvement:

Recommend process improvements aligned with HR best practices.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Master's preferred). SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance. Proficiency in payroll processing and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
