Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR documentation and assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Coordinate training programs and support performance management processes
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality HR (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR systems
