An HR Executive supports the human resources department by handling day-to-day HR activities, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures smooth HR operations aligned with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation
Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
