As an HR professional, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing support for daily HR-related requests and queries. You will facilitate smooth communication and coordination with HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, policy and procedure inquiries, and payroll validations. You will also participate in recruitment activities, contributing to the final selection of candidates and building a pipeline for future opportunities.
