Our client is a well-established engineering organization and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced senior HR executive with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law to join their JAFZA operations.
Candidates must have 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in UAE talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and general UAE HR administration related to JAFZA and mainland employment formalities.
Role Summary
Talent acquisition and hiring \xe2\x80\x93 recruit and onboard candidates; process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation and off boarding through to final settlement.
Develop and retain talent / performance management \xe2\x80\x93 manage the probation and annual performance review process, coaching, career development and succession planning.
Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
Develop HR policies and processes.
Manage health insurance for all employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR employee files.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience UAE HR generalist in engineering sector with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and JAFZA employment regulations.
Extensive experience in owning the performance management processes including annual reviews and individual development plans, supporting the annual compensation and talent management cycles.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information including salaries and benefits.
Smart appearance, excellent communication skills with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
