AryaMiner is a fast-growing company specializing in the import and wholesale of Bitcoin mining machines across the MENA region. As we scale our operations and team, we are hiring our
first in-house HR professional
to establish, manage, and evolve our HR function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth documentation and orientation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and contracts (digital and physical)
Monitor attendance, track leave balances, and coordinate payroll processing with accounts
Manage employee visas, renewals, medicals, and insurance coordination with PRO or external partners
Draft and implement company policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Support employee relations, performance documentation, and feedback processes
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and regulatory standards
Organize employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal HR reporting
Design and maintain KPIs across roles (e.g. sales, operations); regularly monitor and report performance, and support team leads in performance management
Requirements
Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- able to identify and solve problems without waiting for instructions
Takes initiative
to improve processes and build systems from scratch
Hands-on and resourceful
, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of UAE-based HR experience, preferably in SMEs or fast-growing companies
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, visa processing, and general HR compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy: MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR systems/tools
Proactive and independent, able to set up systems and policies from scratch
English fluency required
