We are hiring for a Human Resources position for our Healthcare industry in Dubai. Job Requirements:

Provide counseling on policies and procedures, ensuring best practices and full compliance across all business activities
Support recruitment of healthcare and administrative candidates as and when required by the business support units, maintain talent acquisition best practices to ensure a seamless hiring process for the candidate and business
Audit employee filing system, liaise with all employees to ensure valid personnel documents are always maintained and guarantee readiness for compliance inspections (DHA, ISO etc.)
Support the business to develop and implement processes for (not limited to) onboarding, performance management, disciplinary support, training needs, and development and employee initiatives.
Responsible for inviting, organizing and conducting Interview drives for nursing, Administration & Paramedical profiles
Managing Wage & Salary Administration; inclusive of Time Office for all employees & completing necessary Returns, Insurance and Medical Cover formalities

Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree is a must.
Must have 2-4 years of Human Resources experience in the healthcare industry in UAE
Previous experience within a home health care facility within the HR &/or Recruitment function is highly desired.
Arabic Speaker is a must
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93a team approach
Ability to work to deadlines and stay calm in a pressured environment
