We at is urgently hiring candidate for HR/WPS Cum PR Manager role with solid experience in DMCC freezone along with JAFZA (DMCC is absolute must). This position is based in Dubai, and we consider candidates with atleast 5 years relevant experience & expertise in the mentioned FZs-DMCC & JAFZA (others kindly excuse us):

Requirements (MUST have):

Education: Graduate / preferably with a degree in HR

Experience:

• Atleast 5-10 years experience as a PRO along with WPS processing, Payroll management , and other HR duties (not considering PRO profiles alone, it is a mix role, so both experience is mandatory) in any companies in DMCC. JAFZA experience would be a plus.
• Along with the normal PRO duties, this job also includes : payroll/ WPS processing (Independent payroll processing/ handle WPS payments /Processing WPS), Compliance with WPS regulation of DMCC/ JAFZA/ Ministry of Labor; Visa processing; Insurance/ workman\'s\' compensation insurance; managing various employee documentation; Liaising with Various ministries, govt offices, Free zones (DMCC, JAFZA), various Embassies, Consulates and Visa centers, etc
• English proficient + Arabic working knowledge would be a plus. Candidate should be available in UAE.
• Please note that, without DMCC experience, your profile might not move to the next level!

Languages preferred: Fluent in English & Hindi + working knowledge of Arabic

Age: 28-40 years due to seniority/ experience level of this position

Salary: in the range of AED 10000/- to 11,000/-+ Family status + other standard benefits as per the UAE government regulations
