VIKO Immigrations is looking for a proactive and dynamic
Female HR Executive
to handle the full recruitment and hiring process for our growing immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
talent acquisition
,
interview coordination
, and
HR operations
, with an understanding of immigration or consultancy-based hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment process
-- from sourcing candidates to final selection and onboarding.
Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
Maintain an active database of potential candidates for immigration, sales, and operations roles.
Handle
offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation
.
Support management in defining job roles, KPIs, and recruitment timelines.
Maintain updated employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding new hires and HR updates.
Assist with
HR policies, employee engagement
, and other internal HR activities.
Coordinate with admin and finance teams for employee joining and exit processes.
Represent the HR department with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
1-2 years of proven experience
in HR and recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or service industry in Dubai.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and job posting portals.
Female candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for
sales, telecalling, and immigration roles
.
Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and onboarding documentation.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong follow-up skills.
