Job Description
A leading organization focused on driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the financial and technology sectors is seeking an HR Executive - Employee Services. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee and dependent medical insurance, handling enrollments, cancellations, and invoice processing.
- Prepare and review official HR documents and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies across all HR processes.
- Maintain HR systems and data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa/work permit processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
