Job Title Officer - Employee Services Business ENOC-GROUP HR Job Purpose Provide cost effective implementation of HR Policies, production of the monthly payroll, and maintenance of relevant records and reports related to compensation information required by management, legislation, and auditors. Support employees in the provision of all HR services both in terms of personnel administration and benefits management. Maximize the use of the Human Resources Information System and ensure the integrity and security of the information stored in the system. Principal Accountabilities Co-ordination of Activities Plan, coordinate and implement all activities within HR Services to meet all section and team objectives Train and develop assigned staff on relevant skills to enhance their proficiency on the job and deliver the respective section objectives Policies, Processes, Systems, Procedures, and Controls Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards Additional Principal Accountabilities Experience Experience : 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience with 2 years of experience in HR Services
