Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Handle employee queries, grievance support, and policy clarification.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated.
Assist with performance review processes and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports and support audit/compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
SALARY - 3500-4000 AED
