HR Executive

Position: HR Executive
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month

Position Overview
UCWF is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR functions and a hands-on approach to supporting our employees and the organization. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation (employment contracts, visa documents, etc.).
  • Process employee onboarding, transfers, and separations.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll data and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and other statutory benefits as per UAE law.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of the performance appraisal cycle.
  • HR Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports on key metrics such as attendance, recruitment, and employee turnover.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge: Strong, hands-on knowledge of HR operations, UAE Labor Law, and best practices.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability: Immediate joining is a significant advantage.
