HR Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proficient HR Executive who is a native or fluent Arabic speaker to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid grounding in UAE labor laws and a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Coordinate and conduct a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive first-day experience.
  • Prepare employment contracts and other onboarding documents in compliance with UAE regulations.
HR Operations & Payroll Support:
  • Process and manage employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), with a strong preference for experience in GreytHR or ZOHO.
  • Provide support for monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, and other deductions/adjustments.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Laws and company policies in all HR practices.
  • Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Administration & Reporting:
  • Handle HR-related documentation such as NOCs, experience certificates, and visa-related letters.
  • Utilize MS Office (especially Excel) and Visio to create organizational charts, reports, and presentations.
  • Support in the implementation and improvement of HR processes and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, specifically within the UAE.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with GreytHR or ZOHO HR systems is essential.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Visio for creating process flows and organizational charts is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and immigration processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
  • Personal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
