We are currently partnered with a governmental company in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire an Employee Relations Specialist (UAE National) to join its team.
This role will focus on supporting employee relations matters while also contributing to broader HR initiatives, including performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies are applied fairly.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Support investigations related to employee conduct and ensure thorough, confidential documentation.
• Assist in developing fair and competitive reward structures and grading frameworks.
• Contribute to the implementation of performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver wellness programs and promote a healthy workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, personnel files, and career progression data.
• Stay updated on employment law to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation.

Requirements:

• 10 - 13+ years of proven experience in employee relations, with a good understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
• UAE National with family book
• Fluent in Arabic and English
