Planning and Strategy: Responsible for the organizational diagnosis of the subsidiary, the construction of human resource planning, the formulation and implementation of talent structure improvement and talent development strategies
System and Process: According to the human resources system, combined with the development stage of overseas business, coordinate the construction of human resources-related systems, processes, and improvement plans
Resource Hunting and Recruitment: consists of the job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams (if any), and interviewing; to maintain excellent professional relations with the educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
Coaching the Employees & Personal ongoing development: new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, and product cross-training.
Salary and Payroll Negotiations: works in collaboration with the accounting firm on salary-related issues if have, negotiates with the candidates about the salary issues.
Employee Satisfaction and Feedback: The principles of conflict resolution can be used to resolve differences among employees.
Update and implement regulations and policies, including local labor law and company policies, and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with the law and regulation.
