The Role
Position Title: HR DIRECTOR Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality
Requirements
: ? Design and implement HR policies and strategies that support business objectives ? Manage the human resources programs and ensure that initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives ? Supervise HR department, deal with employee grievances and disputes, support employee development and enhance job satisfaction ? Forecast staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintain employee records, manage budgets, design accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs ? Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics Qualifications: ? Male, 40 years old and below ? Bachelor' degree in related course ? At least 5 years of experience in similar role ? Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
