One of our leading and prestigious Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) client in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join their team. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Director. The preferred candidate should be a strategic leader well-versed in HR best practices and labor laws, demonstrating a successful history of spearheading HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic direction on talent acquisition, retention, and development. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Implement effective onboarding programs and talent development initiatives. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards. Ensure adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards across all HR practices. Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees. Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market. Learning and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify opportunities for continuous learning and development to support career progression. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics and trends. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role within the FMCG industry. In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
