About our client Our client, a leading technology focused investment firm is currently looking to add a HR Director to their Abu Dhabi based team. The firm, which has a global scope and focuses on a number of investment strategies across the technology sector, is currently going through a scale-up phase from both a people and asset perspective. The firm has very strong investor backing and currently has plenty of capital to deploy, making it an exciting time to join. Due to the growth of the business and continued focus on HR, the firm is now looking to add an additional head to their high performing HR team in the form of a generalist focused HR Director. What the job involves

As the HR Director, you will work as part of a small but high performing HR team. Your role will be varied, focusing on a wide range of generalist HR tasks. Due to the international scope of the business, you will provide support to colleagues globally, working closely with all levels of stakeholders. As this is a new role for the organisation, there will be plenty of autonomy available within the position and the opportunity to really grow and scope it as you see fit. Strategic and operational HR support across the firm's international offices Support the business on ER, performance management and talent development Driving people initiatives that promote engagement, learning and growth Work closely with the HR function specialists including talent management and talent acquisition Lead on HR strategies and people-focused projects across the organisation Management of compensation, benefits and reward programmes Management of HR metrics and data analysis Who we are looking for

Experience working within a top tier private equity or venture capital firm Proven experience across a wide generalist HR remit Confident user of technology - AI, systems and automation Previous exposure to Abu Dhabi would be advantageous Comfortable working within a small team across a very broad role Strong project and remuneration management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
