The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.

The Role

This critical appointment will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into the Global Chief HR Officer in the U.S.

Heading an HR team, you will oversee and work closely with the business to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation. You will ensure that the People function is working closely with the business in strategic sense.

The Criteria

This position will best suit an exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to lead a startup operation.

This will be an opportunity to leave a legacy and modernize this team and their approach to working with the business through progressive people strategies and new HR technology. Experience in the UAE will be essential along with experience in similar positions from multinationals and from within the hospitality sector.
