Key Responsibilities

• Validate historical HR data in Power BI dashboards to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update dashboards for Turnover, Retention, Hiring Trends, and Annual Reporting
• Support annual HR data reporting with collection, review, and analysis
• Finalize and maintain models for Job Function, Job Level, and Office/Field categorization
• Assist in automating data quality checks and notification emails
• Develop standardized templates for data uploads across all business units
• Coordinate with local and regional teams on data corrections and logic mapping
• Respond to ad-hoc HR data and analytics requests

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Computer Science

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is an asset
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and data-driven
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
