The Human Resource Cum PA is responsible for managing HR-related functions and PA to MD. This role includes handling recruitment, employee onboarding, and managing daily office operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and efficient administrative support to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave applications.
Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing company events.
Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating as necessary to meet organizational goals.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management and office administration.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
