We are seeking a dynamic and versatile

HR cum Sales Executive

to manage core human resources responsibilities while also contributing to the company's business development and sales targets. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Human Resources Duties

:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Support in employee engagement initiatives and HR policies. Assist in payroll processing and compliance with labor laws. Resolve employee queries and support performance management systems. Maintain a positive work environment and promote company culture.

Sales Duties

:

Identify potential clients and generate new business leads. Pitch company products/services to prospective clients. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and close deals. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets and provide regular reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in HR and/or sales (1-3 years preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or CRM tools. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualities

:

Prior experience in a dual-role or small-to-medium business setting. Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.
