Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Duties
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate employee training and development activities
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Support performance appraisal processes
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support facility management and office maintenance
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
