Job Description

Human Resources:



Manage full recruitment cycle: job advertisements, CV screening, interviews, job offers, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates. Assist with probation and performance evaluation processes. Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with Qatari and Saudi labor laws and company policies. Oversee attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and HR reports. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and company policies. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, medicals, and government-related HR documentation. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.). Assist in implementing employee engagement, training, and development programs. Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally. Maintain and update all HR documents in share drive and hard file if required. Monthly visit to camp to ensure good living standards of our workers. Update and post open positions or greetings/wishes on company website, FB and Instagram page as and when needed.

Administration:



Supervise day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and administrative support. Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, staff travel, and accommodation. Maintain records and renewals of licenses, insurances, and regulatory documents (e.g., CR, trade license, WPS compliance). Ensure efficient document management and filing (digital and physical). Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Support construction site administrative needs as required. Coordinate with departments to ensure administrative efficiency. Monitor maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises. Ensure health and safety policies are followed.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDHRM preferred).

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
