We are seeking a
Sales cum Admin
professional who is experienced, proactive, and ready to take ownership of the full internal sales process--from handling inquiries to closing deals, while managing day-to-day admin operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to sales inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and follow up with leads
Coordinate and schedule property viewings with clients
Present property details and promote listings to potential clients
Prepare sales documents, agreements, and related paperwork
Maintain and update property listings and client database
Liaise with external agents, developers, and internal departments
Handle general office administration and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Real Estate / Property Development
in the UAE
Strong sales background with admin/coordination experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office
Well-organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Fluent in English
